Things to keep in mind on all repairs:
Ready Made window coverings are those that are pre-made and ready to install right out of the box. One disadvantage of ready-made blinds, or shades, is that many of them are not repairable when something breaks. In addition, parts are not always easily available. Custom made blinds cost more, but are a better long-term investment, and are more easily repaired.
